L'ULTIMA SORPRESA DI BEETHOVEN

(...) Mille interrogativi sono posti da Sonig, con il suo carismatico rigore morale e la potente bellezza d'una capacità tutta sua d'affondare il fraseggio, e con gli struggimenti intensi mai cercati e nati come per arcana forza loro. Prosseda risponde, si abbandona, incalza con un nitore e un'eleganza straordinarie. Sembra di sentir nascere le sonate, dalla visionaria intensità della Kreutzer allo "sciogliersi dei ghiacciai" della Primavera (...).

"Interpretazioni frizzanti, quelle della coppia Tchakerian-Prosseda. Fraseggio elusivo e mosso, dinamiche continuamente variate, un timbro di rara trasparenza. Non ti aspetteresti un Beethoven così.
Soprattutto la Sonata "A Kreutzer", ripulita dalle ombre di una tradizione interpretativa che aveva finito per appesantirla (...). Una lezione di stile. (....) Prosseda accompagna - meglio, dialoga - da gran maestro (...). È il fraseggio della Tchakerian ad abbagliare per la naturalezza discreta, (...) la leggerezza, che trasformano il secondo tempo della "Kreutzer" (...) in un piccolo gioiello.
Deliziosa è anche tutta la Sonata "Primavera", fin dalle battute iniziali. L'Adagio molto espressivo è una lezione su come andrebbero interpretati i tempi lenti beethoveniani (...).
E se venisse il dubbio che due interpreti così eleganti si trovino spiazzati alle prese con il patetico beethoveniano, si ascolti la Sonata in La minore op. 23 (...)."

I CONCERTI DI BARBER E BERNSTEIN

In allegato con il numero di novembre 2006 della prestigiosa rivista "Amadeus", il Cd con il Concerto per violino e orchestra di Samuel Barber e la Serenata per violino, archi e percussioni di Leonard Berstein, registrati dal vivo da Sonig Tchakerian nel mese di marzo, con l'Orchestra di Padova e del Veneto diretta da Szolt Hamar.

Sonig Tchakerian è già stata protagonista di produzioni "Amadeus" nel 2000 (Speciale Bach con i Concerti Brandeburghesi) e nel 2001 (Trii di Clara e Robert Schumann), mentre con l'Orchestra di Padova e del Veneto ha già pubblicato l'integrale dei concerti per violino e orchestra di Haydn (Arts).
